Opting Out of Information Sharing

Your Credit Union only partners with businesses that follow strict confidentiality requirements and we do not sell member information. Please note that certain member transactions, such as real estate loans, involve the recordation of first and second mortgages in a Land Records Office and become a matter of public record and are available to any person or business firm desiring to obtain this type of data.

I have read the Credit Union Privacy Notice and understand my right to limit the sharing of my personal information and to opt-out of receiving certain solicitations.

According to the Privacy Notice, I would like to opt-out of the following.
- Marketing of Credit Union Services (Direct mailer postcard explaining the features and benefits of a specific financial product or service offered by the Credit Union. Note: Quarterly newsletters and other inserts with member statements excluded.)
- Joint Marketing (A formal agreement between the Credit Union and a non-affiliated financial company to promote specific products to our members)
- Non-Affiliate Marketing (Solicitations from direct marketing companies, plastic card processors, and others. For a complete listing, see Privacy Notice)
